Uh my comp logged my max hp @ 156, I have plugs/wires too, so I guess somewhere around there.

BD1: what type of exhaust do u ahve? cat back, or header, DP, testpipe, cat back? i have an inatke, and a testpipe/ straight thru muffler, so i should be around where u are, minus whatever the wires would give ya? so what would be ur estimate?

There are way to many factors about your car that no one can give you a good estimate. Read the rules as well. Even though I'm not a full supporter of proclaiming the rules, I follow them. And I must proclaim this because these questions are asked way too much here.

"What NOT to ask in the forums:
- If I bolt on "x" part, how much power will I gain?"

That's right from the rule/suggestion page.

Not trying to be an ass or anything but how about you install the the CAI and cat-back exhaust first then dyno your car?
That would be the most accurate.
