Theres a guy around here who runs 14.6 i think without a turbo or Nas, i cant think of his screen name, but im sure once he sees this hell talk to you.

I'm not saying it's impossible, but very close. To accomplish such a feat will require a ton of time and money without going forced induction. I believe there's only one guy on here who has broken into the 14's and he is running a fully built motor. The majority of the N/A owners here would be happy with mid 15's, but even that is pretty tough on these cars.

ud have to have full internals(pistons, rods the whole works) new gasket seals, ported and polished everything, pulleys, cams, bigger pipes everywhere, a 5 speed, and ALOT of practice. and it will cost alot more then u want to spend, exspecially if u cant do all the work yourself.

Wait Wait, let me get this straight.

With a built head (I am guessing big cams, porting, milling) u ran a 14.6.

But with a built engine (I am assuming built head was on) u only ran a 15.6.

Wouldnt a built bottom end mated with the built head make the car faster?? Unless u lowered compression for future turbo.

What mods do u have?

as for mods

alot

Do you mean "flooding"?? Flooding like when u give a dirt bike too much gas when trying to start it?? How does your car flood??

Am I the only person confused.

it is possible. im doing it right now. i ran a 14.65 last week. i have a header, gutted cat, exhaust, upgraded injectors, upgraded fuel filter, fuel rail, venom 400 module, jet chip, jeep tb, cai, and pulleys. its all in how you want to go about obtaining the power. but yes it is possible

you ran that time with just those mods?No nitrous or turbo?

thats actually quite a few mods, but there is one weird thing. i got the car new and at about 20k i took it to the track bone stock just to see what my goals are and what i have to work with. most stock talon eclipse nts run about low to mid 16s right. i took mine to the track and i ran a 15.6 bone stock. i dunno if im a superb driver or what but it shocked the hell outa me. maybe my motor is jdm. hehe jk

Something is wrong here. I've personally never seen a stock n/a dsm run better than mid 16's-low 17's. Infact, running a 15.6 stock would almost put you in the same boat as a stock GST....

the highest you could get. but dont forget, if you get high compression pistons, you can forget about turbo. because theres no way you can turbo a car with high compression

What would be the best 12-5 compression or what?Would i have to get new rods and rings? All i want is a list of what would be needed to get a rs eclipse into the low 14's n/a.

14's with no n2o or forced induction..hahahahahahahahahahaha. I'm sorry but give me time slip and 'complete' list of mods.
