You could do it yourself easily in the driveway with basic hand tools. I made the mistake of having my mechanic put mine on and it cost me $60. So expect something around there.
 
if you got an evening and some basic tools you can do it. Took me about 8 hours because some of my bolts were stripped out, and i had to do some cutting to get the header to fit, but it wasn't a complicated install at all. i'd say do it yourself.
 
anyone know where i could get a decent priced header, i looked online and all i could find is a racing header for like 400$
 
i just put my pacesetter on my 91 nt and it took maybe 2 hours tops....spent 15 minutes on the top right bolt... its kind of hidden behind a buncha shiat and you gotta use a small socket and a u joint. other thatn that it was a peica cake!
im gonna take it off once the paint burns off and do a bit of porting and wrap it up.
