oil leaking and i got no clue where from?? help

hey, my jdm 4g63 was installed bout 2 weeks ago and everything was awesome till one day i found a puddle of oil under my car, i checked to see where it was coming from and it wasnt dripping. so i started the beast up and sure enough it started dripping again. it was coming off the oil pan so i checked my oil pan and tightened everything down but the dripping still continues. anybody got any idea's. it only leaks when the car is running to. and the oil is over full on the dipstick by alot to. could it be a oil drainoff or something? any help would be great.

On the oil dipstick, is it higher than where it sais "Max"?

yes its over the max on the dipstick by a lot

Try draining some of the oil out into an oil pan until it's a little below the "max" line.

Min= Minimum (Oil line should NEVER be below this line)
Max= Maximum (Oil should NEVER be above this line)
