On a non turbo car, and then if you are adding a turbo, is it just new mods that have to be done, thanks, and what are some good ones

i dont understand what you are asking.

why would you even want to? I personally think BOVs sound lame to begin with, the only reason to have one is if you have a turbo and need it

I think he wanted to put one on just for the sound and besides he will need it when he goes turbo but no you can't put one on a n/t.
But they make a kit the comes with a horn that make a bov sound when you let off the throtle so a n/t can sound like it has turbo.
