Rebuild?

I have heard people talking of removing pistons from the 46g3 engine and placing them in our cars (420A) is this true?
I mean I'm on a budget, and I may just have to build my own Turbo Kit, and buying forged pistons are kind of expensive.
What parts from other cars can be used in ours?

it would be cheaper to buy the pistons for our car then put them in seeing as 4g63 pistons need to be Macchine and thats Expensive.....
