what do you guys think

i have a 1991 eagle talon n/t and i thinking of putting on 18 inch chorome wheels and painting the car yellow but leaving the roof black, and adding a black carbon fiber hood. I would do the exahust and the motor to make it just as fast as it looks but i just wanted to know what you guys thought of that idea. Does anybody have any suggestions? Thanks

I'm not a fan of chrome rims but it would look good on a yellow car. Now making a n/t fast is gonna be diffucult unless you have alot of money to spend. I have an non-turbo and i started to put money into the motor and gave up cause i wasnt noticing much of a gain in the mods i have done.
