what style and brand injectors to use with MS

I recently purchased an MS unit and I am looking to buy Low impedance injectors.

I was under the impression that the 420a used Bosch style tops however I would like to have this verified or not before purchasing a set of my own.

My goals are 500whp, so I will be needing at least 1200cc injectors, however I would prefer 1600cc.

If you guys could help me out to which brand and style injector to purchase I would greatly appreciate it.

Note: I Had a machine shop make me a billet 3/8 bore with 6an in and out rail, and they made the injector bungs to the specifications of the OE rail referencing the OE and Accel Injectors I had on hand.

I cannot say enough about my Injector Dynamics injectors (1000's). They are very well machined, very smooth and very accurate. Super idle characterists. They are not cheap though. I got them through Tony at F1 racing (Google it for site info). Be sure to let him know that you have a 420a DSM not a 4g63. Ohterwise you will get the wrong tops.

So I assume I was correct in stating that the 420a uses a Bosch style top?

I just want to confirm that, Symtech stressed with me to make sure that I don't use 5ohm injectors with their drivers, I am finding that 1200cc seems to be the thresh-hold for lower low impedance injectors after that they seem to come up to a ford style resistance of 4.5-5 ohm.

Mark, what CC injector are you using in your build subjecting 500+whp? Are they the ones you just referenced me to?

Yeah, actually I have Ford Mustang green tops in my NA, .

Yeah, those are the Injector Dynamic 1000's. Those will be good for pretty much anything you can throw at them (including E85). Those injectors can handle much higher fuel pressures.

Quality, injector to injector balance, ability to hold higher fuel pressures, better idle charactoristics, low pulse rate ability, Bling factor
