Hello, I've got a 95 esi-t and the fpr is junk on it...I pulled the vacuum line off of the fuel rail and it leaked fuel all over. Plus its getting very hard to start the car. Oh, and it reeks of gas when I'm driving. That being said, I need a new fuel rail since the regulator is built into it!

Is it ONLY the 95's that have the regulator build into the rail? I might be able to swipe one off of another car, but need to know what years to narrow it down to. Thanks!

Isn't there two 10mm bolts on the end of the rail to remove the fpr?

Any fpr of a n/t should work you would think..I might be able to find you one right now, let me get back to you..

Hmm, I don't believe that's the case on a 95. The fpr is part of the rail...It's sealed on by an O-ring and I am able to rotate it around the rail without too much force (so no bolts hold it).

Really the 95 came with an all in one fuel rail..That's new info to me...

Umm I tried texting a buddy of mine that was parting out a 95 n/t, but I'm still waiting on a response..

One more thing..Will you fill out your profile please..It just makes it easier on the rest of us to assist you with an up to date list of mods...

Bud, his car started life as an N/T with a 420A, it doesn't bolt in, it's held in the side of the rail with a spring clip.

tec, you'll need a FPR from a 95 without a ruptured diaphragm. New units will run you ~$60 for aftermarket or ~$150 from a dealer. If you search aftermarket, look under a 95 dodge avenger with a 2.0, most places can't seperate turbos from non.

Of course if you're running a turbo shouldn't you have the FPR disabled? What FMU are you running? You might be able to just plug the vacuum nipple with JB weld. I'll have to double check, it's been a while since I sold my turbo stuff for rent money.

Really? I'd never read that before...but maybe it'd make sense. I'm using a 12:1 Vortech fmu paired with a walbro 255. If that's the case I could just use the vacuum for a boost gauge or something to disable it and plug the fpr....hmm thanks for the replies

Okay I did a little reading...it seems like some people say if you're using a SFMU you can disable the fpr. But some people say even if you're using a FMU you can disable it. I pulled off the vaccum line and plugged the fpr and it idled fine, but I'm not about to go ripping around with it not hooked up so it's still leaky. Any advice?
