I have a 1999 Mitsubishi Eclipse N/T with Automatic trans. I am wondering if the turbo kits would work with my car. If so how much boost can I run with stock internals. Would I need a new trans. or just get it reprogrammed?

Thanks. I already know the basics though. I know you can run 8 psi comfortably with stock internals. about 14 with new rods and pistons. I would like to know more how it would act after i install a turbo kit and if the blockage will cause my car to idle differently. If anyone has turbo'd an automatic or even a 5-speed any info on this would help alot.
Will it idle the same or cause it to die?
Will I need computer mods or any fuel management systems?
I heard something about a part called "the missing link"?

Thank you for taking time to read my post.
Any "non turbo w/turbo" people any info would help.
