Will the modular clutch assembly from a talon awd tranny fit in my fwd 420a?

After a good 4 hours of research it appears that it will work.

Thats a no-go. The 4g63 clutch won't mate.

Your research probably confirmed that a 4g63 fwd will fit a 4g63 awd....the 420A is a whole different fruit.

Right, it will not work, however, certain PT Cruiser and Dodge Neon clutches will fit. The PT Cruiser ones might even be beneficial performance-wise since they have greater clamping force due to the Cruiser's higher curb weight.
