Only the dyno knows how much power you can make with that setup. It will depend on the amount of boost you decide to run, and your tune. Browse through the Dyno sheets and look for similar setups and what they dyno'd at.

I don't understand why so many people want to guess and throw numbers around so often. If you can afford that build, you can easily afford a single inexpensive FWD dyno pull. Guessing is nonproductive.

Every HP/TQ measurement in this site's database was obtained on a dynamometer, not by guessing or adding up individual parts' advertised gains. Similarly, all the ET/MPH info was obtained on an actual drag strip.

You can tell your friends you have 350hp. People on this site will believe it when they see a dynograph or video.

Sorry if i bother some of you with these post ,i will follow your path ,first finish to built it , second put it on dyno and tune tune tune and go back to dyno tune again and post dynosheet. By the way it is not in my intension to brag number in people face and you are right Guessing is nonproductive

have a good day

If you reread his first post, he wasnt bench racing or guessing. He was asking if it was possible to make 350whp with his setup. He cant dyno something that isnt together yet. If you see something he should change in order to meet his goal, let him know. If you dont have a clue, move onto the next thread. The only way to build to a given hp rating is to ask questions of those with experience. Evidently, no one here agrees or wants to help. :notgood:

Unless the meaning was lost in translation, I interpret this as being installed and he is asking what to expect, not what it is capable of - bench racing. See quote. (Emphasis is mine)

As for the question; yes you should be able to see 350hp with proper tuning on that setup.

Geez... It's really good that it didn't damage the engine, it sounds like you have a lot invested into that motor... You have any pictures of the blown turbo? You're not going to utilize that warranty for another one are you?

I will try to post some pic of the dead bug as soon as i can, for the warranty i am hoping obx will keep up .Do i reinstall and obx turbo again!(let me think about that) :sosad:never:notgood: , check ebay you will see soon (if obx honor there warranty)tbx35r for sale hope some one will buy it.

If your trying to sell a beat turbo it's usualy good to not tell people in advance:shhh:
Usually I would say that your a scammer but as long as you sell it on a Suby or Honda site your just low down.

He's saying he's going to sell the new warranty turbo, on ebay and buy a good turbo. Don't call someone a scammer when you don't understand what they are saying.

WTF I think it's you who doesn't know what I"m saying. Im aware that he's going to be selling the new turbo once it gets warrantied.

Beat = lame, inneffective, POS

Beat /= deffectve, not functional, broke

;)

Well if someone is wants to buy one, it doesn't matter. People buy "beat" parts all the time; doesn't mean that the seller is a scammer... Just means that the buyer is an idiot that didn't research the product they buy.

If you aren't selling a defective item, or one that is promoted as something it isn't (example- saying the turbo is a REAL gt35r) you aren't a scammer. You are simply a salesperson; you have nothing to do with the company making crappy parts.

Sounds like hypocrtical BS to me. You guys complain about how he should invest in a better turbo but hope someone doesn't research and gets stuck with it instead of you :notgood:. If you don't like it and it took a shit on you return it for a refund.

The warranty does not mean they will refund your money. Besides, people have horror and praise stories about every turbo manufactured. My friend has an ebay turbo on his car, runs great and has done so for several thousand miles. Doesn't have any shaft play or blown seals. It's the luck of the draw, and people still buy obx products so why shouldn't he sell his? Someone that is looking to buy one, will still buy one; it doesn't matter who sells it to them.
