Ok, so, i'm installing my new set-up this week. I got my motor pulled out (PITA) and going to shave the clearances needed for the portfueler. However, I just started thinking about the fuel set-up... If i'm using the portfueler I know I got to run the fuel supply line to the 1st fuel rail, then the 2nd fuel rail, and finally the AFPR. Now, the question... What do I do with the fuel return pipe on my (early fuel system ['95]) fuel rail? Yes, I know that I get rid of my stock FPR. :thumb:

NVM, I just figured out what i'm going to do. I'm going to cut the nipple on the stock FPR and run the fuel return pipe to the 2nd fuel rail, to the AFPR.

Ok, so here are some progress pics of what i'm going to be doing. I know everyone love pics, so enjoy. Pic details: 1) shaved VC to where the 2nd fuel rail wouldn't hit, 2) cut nipple off of stock FPR to disable it, 3) fuel inlet (buttom) and return pipe (top), the parts of the fuel rail I was talking about, 4) this is how the fuel line will go from the return pipe from the fuel rail will go to the 2nd fuel rail, 5) then, this part will go from the 2nd fuel rail to the Aeromotive AFPR and finally to the fuel tank.

Note, I know this motor is drity, but this is not the motor with the built buttom, I will only be using the VC from this one.

I got the 48 lbs/min (500cc/min) injectors with mine. I see 25 psi on pump gas by next summer... :shhh:

You'll need more then 500cc for 25 psi. Try 750 or even 800cc. Hell I'm going 880's.

Nice progress, looks like it coming along nice now. Good work mang. :thumb:

25psi on what tubro though blitz?? 25psi on a 16g you don't need bigger than 500cc injectors especially since they're secondaries. But 25psi on a 20g then yeah your def gonna need more fuel.

The 500cc injectors are secondaries. I think it should support at 20 psi on a t3/t4e 50 trim. Then from there I will keep rasing the boost until i'm out of the safe zone. (injector cycle, fuel pressure, etc).
