2g talon 420a auto sputter above 5 grand

ok like it says i own a 95 eagle talon esi i got intake obx header and down pipe i just put ngk plugs in and accel wire but it still has a problem when under hard acceleration above 5 grand it sputters once or twice each gear any suggestions

Well a motor needs 3 things to run. Air Fuel and Spark.

It sounds like you've got the spark thing checked out.

I would make sure that your new headers still have the o2 sensor's in place still.

And I would check/replace your fuel filter.

Your not throwing any codes are you?

no codes also i do have o2 sensor still in and it has less than 3xxx miles on it so i guess i am left with checkin fuel pressure? it should be around 40psi correct?
