All-Motor Upgrades

I'm thinking about buying a 96' esi, and of course i will mod it. If i follow this site and install all of the All-Motor Upgrades on the 2g N/T tuning guide, about how much horsepower will i gain? Will i gain any torque from these upgrades either?

Probably around 800-1000 bucks

Your going to get HP/Torque from what ever you do but if you want to be fast get a turbo.1900 is the price for a stage one from star. but if you want to stay n/a get a cold air first then go whit an exhaust ,headders, wires,TB60mm,pullys.but for all that you can get A stage one and be faster.
