ive got it installed and im sure i have it wired correctly.

i have both valves closed (ie: unable to be wound any further in the clock wise direction). i went for a drive to make sure they were closed, which would give me no boost. however, according to my boost gauge i have still 5lbs of boost on either high or low setting.

when i unscrew the lower assembly 3 turns like it says, the boost stays the same.

any help here?

just an update..

i have the 1st stage closed and im still hitting 5lbs of boost
i have the 2nd stage open with 5 turns and im getting 10lbs of boost

everything seems to be running fine, but i think its weird that the stage 1 is closed compeltely and im still getting 5lbs of boost from it.

Thats wierd how that is. My XMBC was the exact opposite. Let me know how it works James. I'm going to prolly get one when I get my boost turned up. Oh and more money :)

it seems to be workingn out good. joe got the car to 100 earlier tonight, we drove around a bit and it didn't seem to spike or anything. the only real different between 5 and 10 pounds, (besides the speed) is that the 10lbs setting takes longer to boost, but thats a given..
