a quite exhaust

the story is
couple of days ago i got pulled over for a modified exhaust its a custom build one any way i was asked to fix it to avoid the ticket u know how it goes
so idecided that im going to drop in a trubo from hahnaracecraft
and now im totallly lost of what to do with my exhaust either buy a turbo EVO greddy or non turbo one.....So i called greddy up today and told them the whole story and they said it is a whole different setting for the turbo and n/a ?? they got me confused now and since im living in californiaa i need a quite exhaust (it doesnt have to be EVO)
PLZ HELP ANY ONE
