Well just like my previous post the other day said, I cleaned my TB and replaced my ISC, well the car ran fine for a while, but now it's back to running like crap. The CEL just recently came back on, so I just did the key dance and found the following codes.

12-PCM disconnected(surely from when I disconnected the battery to work on TB)
43-Ignition Coil failure, Cylinder Misfire
31-Evaporative Purge Flow monitor failure
55-End of codes

Can somebody give me some steps to take when checking on codes 43 and 31??

The most common cause of the 31 is a leaky gas cap (so they say). I've had the 31 for almost 4 years now. It doesn't affect your car in any way other than emissions won't like it. It could be a leaky hose up under the pass, front fender where the EVAP solenoids and cannister are located or it could be a vac line on the top of the gas tank (PITA), or maybe even a rollover valve (PITA2). 31 has been my copilot a long time. We go way back. I would focus on resolving the 43 first, as it deals with ignition. :thumb: :talon:

43 - misfire
If you're misfiring, the car will sound like a piece of shit harley davidson and your CEL will flash while it's going on. Check your plugs, check your wires (most common imo), then worry about the coil.
