Alternative to AF/X race computer??

Hey i was wondering what alternatives there are for us non 97 NT's? i want to get a computer or an safc, and i hear a computer is better, but the AF/X one is only for the 97's. any one know of any other ones that arnt crap?

SAFC just plays with your fuel trims. Won't really do anything for performance unless you've got heavy mods and need the tweaking somewhere in the rpm range. As for something other than the AFX, I haven't heard of anything. Just don't get one of those worthless Venom or Jet computers. They do nothing. If you feel like throwing your money away, let me know. I have a bridge for sale.
