my engine keeps cuttin out with out my air flow regulator. when i installed the cold air intake how do i get around that??

You don't "get around that". Our vehicles are MAF metered vehicles...they need that thing you yanked to run. No madder what you do you HAVE to keep the stock aircan LID. This is what the MAF is attached to. You can buy an after market filter, and after market piping, but you have to keep the stock lid. The only exception to that rule is the K&N FIPK kit. It still keeps your MAF intact but it removes the aircan lid and uses its own housing for attatchment. Not really worth the 125 or so dollars that you have to spend on it if you ask me but it's another option. :dsm:

what other suggestions do any of u suggest i can do to my car? i need so tips from the pros...

I would suggest learning about cars and how they work.

you cant learn without asking, and you cant be afraid to ask stupid questions, its the only way to learn. :thumb:

If you want something that will stand out and look good under the car, search ebay for the user "CosmoRacing" something like that. I bought from them a replacement for the stock aircan housing and filter. They give you full instructions on how to change it. All you have to do is take out your old MAF sensor and screw it into the new housing. Look at my gallery to see what it looks like. its much better then the stock black housing and its all open like a K&N and i'm very pleased with it. Just rememeber your looking to spend $65 average for it. but thats great for a filter and housing for the senosr. Hope that was a good suggestion
