I just put an AEM cold air intake on my car, and I am concerned about the filter getting wet where it is. Is this a problem I should worry about, or is there something I can do to make sure it doesn't get wet? Please let me know.

if you're that worried about it, get a by-pass valve kit from aem.

well i heard that a bypass valve doesn't really help unless your filter is completely submerged, and if that is so, I think I have more problems then just the filter being submerged.

ya you have to be going through a pretty deep puddle to submerge it all the way. the by pass valve makes you loose a little bit of power, but when the air starts getting restricted, the air starts getting taken in through the bypass valve. i dont think it needs to be completly submerge, i think is halfway. i havent had any problems wiht mine, and i have seen few people on here who have. i wouldnt worry about it.
