hey im new here, dont have a car , but im going to try and learn as much as i could until then... my question: how many HP increase would installing a new intake in a 99 RS get? thanks...

about 3 - 5 whp max definitely not a huge increase

Not much. You'll get some guys tell you that it made .3 second difference in their 1/4 mile time...

Seriously, you'll feel it in the seat of the pants (butt dyno) but it won't give you 20 horsepower like they advertise.
