I wasn't to happy with my old one. So I decided to make a new one. The plenum is huge might have to make it a bit smaller if it doesn't perform well. Still need a few hours of polishing to do. Well here are the pics.

Are the runners equal length and the same size? What size TB? Did you fab your rail too? That is actually a nice manifold...good work.

Ya the runners are all the same. Its a 65mm TB. I bought the fuel rail and just welded on the brackets.
 
IIRC the plenum should have about the same area as one liter for a 2.0L engine. It looks a little too long at the end. I do applaud the round style though. :) Not sure what you're planning on using this for, but adding some vacuum ports would be on my list.

How does the inside look? Velocity stacks?

I'm going to put the vacuum ports and throttle body cable bracket once its installed on the car. The inside is polished and has velocity stacks.
