I have a 91 GS with a 2.0 DOHC 6 bolt non-turbo 4G63. It is completely stock inside with intake and cat-back exhaust, aluminum flywheel, and turbo transmission. I also have a Walbro 255 fuel pump and a SX/Buschur AFPR, which I know are not needed and completely overkill on a non-turbo but I figured that I try it so that I didn't have to pull the fuel pump out again. I have the fuel pressure set at the factory 47-50 w/vacuum line off and 39 with the line on. I don't have a air fuel controller so I don't know if it is running rich or lean. My question is should the pressure be adjusted because of the high volume of fuel or is the factory level fine. The car seems to run great and pulls strong but until the track opens again I can't compare numbers to see if it is helping or hurting.

Factory setting is fine. Even with the high amount of fuel that the walbro is putting out, what the injectors is delivering will be the same as stock since you have the afpr adjusted to the factory settings. You just won't run out of fuel at higher rpm's since the walbro will have no problem keeping up with the increased demand for fuel from the injectors.
