Is this phantom knock?

One of my old cruise logs.

I have the same issue even on stock tune. I'm not running lean. I have wideband hooked up. Sometimes it even happens when im not in gear and I rev it a tiny bit. I get a couple counts of knock on a hot day under WOT which I suspect is also because I havent put on my FMIC yet, but otherwise its when it is barely under any load. If it is phantom knock, i'd like to adjust the knock sensitivity. In ceddymods it says "Knock below load sensitivity = 16 and knock above load sensitivity = 32" What should I try changing this to so that I will only see true knock?

Any input is appreciated.
Thanks

First things first, have you inspected your knock sensor? Chance is that it's bad. They usually have black ooze coming out of it when they go bad. I had the same issue as you, and it was the knock sensor. You will go crazy trying to adjust this and that and trying to find a way around the problem, but you will FAIL LOL.

...and even if you adjust the sensitivity of it to where it doesn't pick up this random knock, what if you are knocking and it's not picking it up? Inspect it first, and go from there.
