aftermarket cams dont know what size or make

I have a head that somebody said was a brian crower , it has brian crower valves retainers springs ...but i dont know what the cams are..there supposed to be crowers but i dont know due to the markings i was told they were 272's

before the first journal it is marked 234 on the intake side
and 233 on the exhaust side on the end of the cams it has the part number which is 612241102 on intake side and 612241212 on the exhaust side


what do you think?

can't take any pic's right now but the cam's also have a fj on the on the other side of the 234 and 233
 
is there any paint on the cams like yellow or blue?

what are the marking on the stock cam's on the 2g heads

ok I can't finda a dam thing about these cam's it crazy and i can't take any pics
