Edmonton,
Hey, I have a 1ga dsm with a 3"gm maf and maf translator.

now the AFC neo I have is of a revision that does not work properly with karmen vortex type maf sensor now that I have the maf translator would it be possible to somehow hook it to the airflow sensor output off the GM maf so that way it will be working with the mass air type system rather than sending it to apexi who seems to not like responding to my emails.

i'm not sure but i dont think the neo will read the gm maf due to different signals.....are you trying to get a finer tune than the maf translator will allow?

I just called the Apexi tech line the other night about my neo. They will ask some questions and than email you a form to fill out and return with the unit.

Yes stormwolf thats the plan, I know they give a free update I'm just lazy LOL, so I'd rather just pin it into the maf harness before maf translator if that possible.

So it would go:

Gm Maf signal out -> afc neo -> maf translator -> ECU

I emailed apexi about it three months ago, they said they will update it, then they said reply to the email for the form, they never replied back so i've had just about enough waiting for them LOL.
