Oil filter housing thread sealant?

I'm porting my oil filter housing and I took all the threaded fittings out of the housing to clean it out. What should I put on the threads when I reassemble it so they don't leak? Teflon tape or what?

I've always used just regular plumbing teflon tape and never had a leak.

Permatex High Temperature Thread Sealant. Can be found at any local auto store.

+1 for Permatex. Leave the toilet tape in the bathroom, dealing with the shit it's meant for. Pulling one thread of that crap out of an oil gallery will convince you forever.
