Running the portfueler on my now turbo 420a. Had to run a return line from the FPR to the rear of the car. Currently have the line as around a 5/16th's i think. But my fuel pressure at idle sits at 30psi and is still running rich. If i crank the psi to 50ish where it should sit the car bogs badly and cuts off.

Wondering what size return line people are running from there FPR?

When the car hits anywhere in boost she smooths out and runs strong and pulls strong.

Please help! Thanks.

The stock size (on a '95 with a full return) is about 1/4", so your problem probably lays elsewhere.
