I have been reading alot of posts about door locks not working. The problems are many but usually an easy process to follow. The problem with diagnosing this is if one side has a problem they both do so you have to go through everything to find the one problem. First check and make sure you have power to each door. then pull the door panels off, while you have them off you can diagnose if the problem is in one of the doors. In order to do this go ahead and unplug one actuator at a time, and try the switch on the other door, if the other door starts to work than the actuator is the problem in the side which is unplugged, there is also something small in the door that is commonly overlooked.
In the picture above you see the yellow plastic piece that is cliped on the door you need to make sure that works and is cliped onto the lock cylinder. The easy way to test this is to turn the white part that sits against the door lock cylinder by hand it should lock and unlock if you turn it each way all the way if not that may be your problem.
If you dont have power to the doors then your problems may be the door relay underneath the radio, or the relay in the rear inside the panel on either the driver side or passenger side panel. Check both of these and make sure they are working properly and have good current to and from them, ALSO CHECK THE FUSE this sometimes blows if there is a problem starting in the lock system. If i have missed anything or you need help just let me know or pm me or post i hope this helps.
