Need Navigation System for Silver State Race

I'm thinking about entering the Silver State Race in Nevada but I need a navigation system to compete effectively. I used to fly in the military and we had navigation systems that allowed us to enter GPS coordinates for way points and final destinations with a continuous readout of ETA to each based on present speed. Does anyone know of a similar system for automobiles? Thanks..............
