Woah. Lots of info about V3.

Anyone know what min. screen resolution is required for ECMLink?

I believe it'll look fine on an 800x600 screen. I've seen it on 1024x768 and it works fine.

Ahh shit!!!!!!!!!! Ive been waiting so long, I almost bought a eprom to get v2 for christmas because I couldnt wait anymore. Im so happy.

For reference, I personally use it with a 1024 x 600 screen on one of these (which is an absolutely AWESOME laptop for car use, BTW).

That's because the non-EPROM to EPROM conversion has nothing to do with V3. It's a completely separate service, similar to ECU repair or socketing. I'll attach a picture below to show the V3 flash device (red EPROM-sized component) installed on the non-EPROM conversion board. You could just as well install a regular EPROM there too.

That is so cool. You guys are making a great product. Thats good you guys are jumping to other platforms. I know a lot of subaru guys that dog dsmlink, but I know they would use it if they could, they are just jealous, .

OMFG, no more Translator. H0ly Hell batman, that has totally changed the game there!!!!! I love it. And whats better is you can put it back in front on the intake where it should be! Awesome, esp with USB cable instead of a DB9. Can't wait.

You've always been able to put it in front of the intake, haven't you? I thought that's what draw thru setup was.

You're right. But most people put it on the Ic piping becuase thats how dejon and Buschar have theirs. Now i can build my own piping and tuck it away so you can't see it, makes it alot cleaner plus i dont have to worry about that box floating away.

Most people put it on the IC piping to run it in blow-through. Less restriction to the airflow entering the compressor and the ability to have the BOV truly become a blow off valve instead of a bypass valve.

I believe the only proper way to vent is to do a blow thru setup.

If you're going to do a draw thru, why not just go full speed density?
