Any DSM meets in San Diego

i wanted to say you live in eastlake. yeah im close to L and the 805 frwy. Me and some friends used to kick it alot. We are cool peeps. hang out every now and then, work on cars, etc.

as far as SD goes for the socal dsmtuners forum, its dead... LADSM is exploding but the DSM world down here in san diego is barely existent. everything going on in tuners socal is vegas & la (which is pushing it for me) i hate promoting other sites but if your trying to meet up with locals here in sd go to SDREV and get a login. theres still a few dsm's down here in san diego but not enough to have our own meets. if you get on sdrev we meet up every sunday in clairemonte mesa @ joes pizza and there are about a dozen dsm's (give or take) and a handful of evo's too. other than sdrev a few dsm buddies and i at least go watch the races at qualcomm (if we're not racing) so just come down there and see whats up. sorry for the bad news about san diego dsm's but we're trying...

My other baby. And my lil bros 1g. Having problems with both cars currently. Im usually down for meets but i work 2nd shift, and hard to find time. Always great to meet another DSMer though.

Funny you post that, before getting my eclipse it was either the Starion or the gst... funny you own both. I see one almost everyday on El Cajon Blvd, at a place called i think Losti Motors and really liked it, anyway. dope car. By the way any of you guys have a valve cover, just noticed mine has a nasty crack. go figure already my second problem since i picked up the car not even a six weeks ago.

i got one. been trying to wash it. As i had it off while doing repairs. Im not gonna say the paint is all excellent. But gimme an offer.

Not worried about the paint, probably strip it and repaint it anyway, maybe go powder coat. Hard to put a price, see them go from anywhere in 15.00 to 50.00 painted. You tell me what you want for it, Im looking to pay prob. in the range of 40.00 as thats what i see them go on craigslist.

alex can't sell him a valve cover... i already got his spare sitting in a box waiting to go on my car. mike will be the only AWD guy hanging out if we all meet up (to bad mike never shows up for anything) ...those AWD guys are flaky anyway. moe you work the late shift so it might be a little hard for you to make it, but alex and i were talking, if everyone can make the next racelegal i think that would be a could starting point to get to meet everyone? i checked their site and next friday, Sept. 19th, is the next set race date. it works for me but my girlfriends flying in from st lou so i couldn't be there for to long. yea i know... anyway. if the 19th works for everyone then lets make it happen.

i don't know anyone that can pass smog a car mike but i do know someone that, if you show up at alex's house, can do fp rewires and fix those fast blinkers. did you have boost creep issues after the 16g install? i got mine on + the e3 o2 housing and 3in dp and race pipe with my exhaust which = no back pressure. im getting everything ported right now but if that doesn't fix the prob looks like im going to have to go externally gated on a small 16... anyway i added you and rene to the list, just be sure you make it.

Well i jumped on the directory and began hitting up all sorts of people here in sd. see what happens... hope to see some of them stop by and show up for the 19th. There is a lot more than I thought, must have at least sent a good 20+ emails.
