Hey guys I have been a long time forum member but almost never have posted. I recently bought a new 1997 gst and drove it all the way from PA to Boston to get her home. Now I just had a problem. The car is extensively modded, including 880 injectors, gt-40 turbo and runs on 50/50 E-85 and 93 octane. The car was street tuned so not the greatest but it got the job done. Now today I was having a new radio and speakers installed and the guy installing it disconnected the battery. Now I am in a pickle because, although the car runs on dsmlink, the guy I bought it from got it tuned by his friend and did not provide the cable to connect to the laptop. I've searched everywhere to try to buy a cable but I can not find it or find onyone to borrow it from. I live in Boston Ma and would like any help from anyone that has input. Even if someone was willing to help me out over the phone or even better meet with me and try to at least help me with a street tune I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks in advance for reading this extra long post :).I forgot to mention that the way the car is sitting it will be really tough to take to a shop to tune. I am willing to pay if someone could meet me and at least get it drivable or do a full out tune because I am already getting quoted for 400 dollars to tune it at a shop. Thanks again.
