Now, I know that if you have a FMIC, the air will cools off some, but you starting with hotter air making the IC work harder...

I can see one fabricating a downpipe for this setup, but I doubt there will be a lot more of these right away unless everyone removes their AC systems. Slippi won't need AC so he is in the clear... I've been studying the pictures pretty close and (although I know you will fix the issue) there is no clearance for your intake unless you run an open turbo or custom intake of course. There seems to be no chance if you're running AC though.
