You have to be realistic you have a caere with nromal bolt on stuff and full interior and aall the stuff us normal people have. Their car is gutted stripped and sporting the notirous 42r. At the end of the day they have sheps car just without the one off stuff that make him as fast as he is. You want to go as fast like this car sell your soul strip your car and sell that wing lol
Yeah, yeah, I hear the "wing thing" all the time.

Here is my take on it: I sport a "ricer" wing, and it makes it that much better when I cut some guy in a supercharged Z06 who think he's bad-ass.

My car, honestly isn't just a bolt on, I really did build the whole thing for what it is.

But anyways, yeah I hear ya on the whole theory behind it. I just get fustrated because of the fact. I don't mean to sound mad, jealous, or envious, it's just I look at my accomplishments as failure when I see what they've done.

I mean, I've gutted the car, and gone through the suspension/drivetrain/brakes enough to make a lean 2940lbs with me sitting in the car. I was intending on a clean weekend warrior, not a daily driver.
I know there's some serious modifications that can be encompassed, but I guess in the long run, my intial goal (now reached) is somewhat disappointing, if that makes sense.

As with any project, I set a goal of 600whp and a sick street car. Well, I think I got in over my head when I realized that I built something that cost me about the same it would of chasing an 8 second timeslip.
What I did is common, and noone gives a shit about, what Jake and other have done inspired the whole community. Once again, I'm not mad/ jealous or anything. Just kinda kickin myself in the ass for getting what I want, and it not being good enough.

Once again, I know I spent a few more bucks than I could of (few mistakes along the way) but for my setup compared to what these guys are running, the cost brackets are very, very close.

For lack of embarrassment, I'll keep the solid dollar figure to myslef.

Anyways, great build man, and ya'll keep up the great work. You have totally inspired me to go above and beyond.
