need some help in swapping CAPs on my ecu

Anybody local in the southeast section of PA that has experience replacing the CAPs on the ecu at all? My 1990 ecu on the eclipse has a bad CAP and leaked out causing my car not to fire up at all but only crank and crank. Im planning on buying the CAP replacemtn kit from mach v but I was wondering if anyone can give me a hand and replace the CAPs for me. Of course I’ll pay u for the time and labor. Just let me know if u can help. PM me please. Thanks!!
Also alternateively does anyone have a spare ecu for my car? Again it’s a 1990 eclipse 1.8L 5-speed. The ecu model is MD128658

chances are if it leaked out to the point their's no saving it. :(
