i have found while serching that people THINK the afc neo and safc-2 are the same size and the the neo will fit into the safc-2 center vent bezel that mach-v has.....but none of them confirm that it will, does it fit in the same bezel as the safc-2?

ummm... try to fit it in there.. and if they are the same size, then I would imagine they would fit... just look at it.. that should tell you what you need to know...

Well, I havent bought the vent mount thingy yet because Mach-V says they have one coming for the NEO, but I know the NEO has been out for a while, and I dont want to buy something and it not fit. I just didnt know if anyone has already put it in there. Im going to compair my NEO to my brothers SAFC-II and see if there is a size difference or not.

My safc was bigger and different shaped then my neo- but then again, maybe i'm wrong.

ok not that it really matters but how do you keep from the heat from blowing on it during the winter and where did you cut your holes to run the wire ive been wondering and im just asking cause I cant look at my car right now....Iraq..... need I say more

Skeeter4200-The heat should not be a problem. For the wires, once the center vent is removed. You'll practically be able to see the radio, ecm and all wires that connect to the vent switches. Take it easy:thumb:

i left the vents there and got a vent holder for it and just put the wires through the vent and drilled a hole in the bottom of the duct and ran the wires strait down behind the radio to the ecu. good luck in Iraq. im in the military as well....good ol west point.
