Trim doesn't really mean anything without stating turbo size... And just so you know a 20G is bigger than a T3.
OP: if you're looking for 300 HP, you're going to need forged internals along with MS or Portfueler for fuel. For turbo size you'd be ok with Hahn's 16G which DOES come with a t3 flange.
Side note: Hahn's 20G also comes with a t3 flange.
