Possible to use a 1G ECU from an automatic NA car on turbo 1G?

There is one for sale on ebay out of an automatic NA 2.0L talon, same year as my eclipse except its non turbo and my car is a 5 speed. Im going to see if my caps are leaking tomorrow and the price is cheap enough for a whole ECU unit in good condition it may just be easier for me to get the whole ECU and not mess around with soldering caps (since Im not too proficient with that I dont want to risk it, and if I did get new caps Id just pay to have it done anyway)

Also if that wont work can I use an ECU from another year turbo car? 1991 talon, eclipse, 92 etc?
