Hey everybody,
My names Aaron I currently am i high school as a junior and I live in Illinois. Now to the important stuff....
My first car was a 1998 BMW 318i, drove great but it was a freakin automatic:cry:
I drove that for a while then I just couldn't stand the automatic anymore so after putting $3k into it to get it running I was pissed. I actually still have the car and it is running fine(you shall see it on craigslist and the classifieds soon) then I bought another car just for winter. I bought a 2000 ZR2 Blazer. I figured heck with it...it's in good shape when summer rolls around I will pick up a MKIII supra like i wanted........NOPE:notgood: Day before thanksgiving I get Rear Ended during rush hour traffic and of course I got pushed into the car and front of me. Guy behind me takes off and I got blamed (because I was the youngest) Soo insurance totals the Blazer. Now I have $3,000 to play around with....what do I do?...Buy a DSM.:banghead: Don't get me wrong...I love the thing but I had to wait until February( two whole months after I bought it) for me to be able to drive it.:cry::sosad: But now after $2,000 in parts $1,000 in labor and all the time and effort me and my dad put into it...I CAN DRIVE IT. Unfortunately the previous owner didn't exactly take care of it. He did do a manual swap:pray: but forgot quite a few parts. I must have spent 3 hours talking to Mitsubishi trying to get parts. And we replaced the original T25 with a high flow T25 straight from Garrett. However it was still shuddering once I would build up boost. Finally I take it to this place by my house Elite Auto Center (really good guys) we figure out that the stock SMI had been welded back together over 30 times!:confused:WTF Needless to say it was beat to hell and I ended up getting a really nice Godspeed FMIC. Once I figure out how to put up pictures I will show you guys. Anyway it runs fantastic now, I just need to get a new clutch. I would love some recommendations!!!!! I'm shooting for the 300whp mark. After my clutch I'm picking up some Sway Bars (Tanabe), strut bars(either DC or Megan Racing),a Short Shifter kit(Megan Racing)and I already bought some cheap-o Spec-D lowering springs. My ride is a little bumpy

ANYWAY IF YOU HAVE ANY OTHER IDEAS OR QUESTIONS/SUGGESTIONS PLEASE REPLY:thumb: thanks
