First off I would like to say hi. I just bought a 91 tsi awd, I like to call her boxes considering she was a bare block and in a bunch of boxes when I first got her. (Yeah I do call my car a her annoying ?) I had to learn quickly what it meant to own a dsm. Heads up if you are thinking about getting rid of your car at least put the bolts and hardware in labled bags, it helps. After finding missing parts, broken parts and no hardware I begin to put her together with no turbo experience prior. Before I new it she was runing and strong really strong. Oh the 50 trim turbo pulls hard, so hard, woops there gose the transmission. Well I built the motor why not the trany. It seemd to be a scary task from what every one I talked to said. Me being me I tore right into it. Wow is the center diff supposed to look like that, I welded it up used proper metallurgy procedures. Threw in a rebuild kit and she is right as rain. I'm doing break in procedures now. I'm thinking my injectors (1000 cc) are abit of over kill on the the density setup I have. Might be looking for 750s. Happy motoring.:thumb:
