Hi from Holland
Hello all DSMTuners
I am Kevin, 21 years old and I live in The Netherlands, Europe.
Working at a recreation facility, called Center Parcs.
I am a waiter there. Work around the bars.
Also did the education for car mechanic for 3 years.
But quitted it cause I wanted to do something else.
I want to be car salesman and importer with a own shop and garage.
And gonna start this course soon
Always was and am a big fan of Mitsubishi.
Specially the 2G DSM 1997-1999 Eclipse GSX the facelift model.
Currently I am driving a 1995 Honda Civic Coupe.
My pride and joy
Hehe it's my first car and first small project.
Running a D15B7 Engine.
Non VTEC. Since I wanted something without the need for VTEC to get more performance. It does sounds like a VTEC around 4500RPMS xD
It's an 1.5 Liter SOHC 16V with a stock HP of 102.
Did some modifications with it and I currently running a fairly decent +/- 120HP.
Modified it with a WAI, Skunk2 Catback System,Megan Racing Header and a Megan Racing Cat Converter. Soon i'll give my redline a 1000 RPM more by changing some settings in the ECU
Can be become a bunch more if I continue my ideas for it.
Since there are many mods for the Civics.
My idea was a to mount a Low Boost Turbokit with intercooler.
If I do that i'll also change my clutch, fuel pump, injectors, oil and all that comes to a need to let the turbo work properly.
It will be running on a 7-8PSI (0.5 Bar) Which is easy to handle with my stock engine.
But I am not sure of doing this. But low boost shouts for high boost sometime. So that's when my reason for joining this forum will be known.
After this car I want to drive a Mitsubishi Eclipse GSX.
Import it from America since the most GSX's are in America
So I want to share ideas, and experiences.
And get to know more about the GSX as I do now.
Plans for the Eclipse will remain uncertain for now.
I do know this already:
* Audio Installation
* I want the original spoiler,bumper,lights etc.
* Paint the car in a Poision Green Metallic Paint.
* Undercoat the Eclipse
* (No Ricy looking car)
* Place some nice rims if needed.
* Suspension and chassis
* Strutbars
* Adjustable Racing Seats with belts
* Complete exhaust
* Bigger turbo
* Front mounted intercooler
* Air filter
* Radiator
* Oil catchcan and cooler
* Transmission
* Boost controller, boostgauge and oil pressure gauges etc.
* Titanium rods,pistons,camshafts etc.
* Other crankshaft (Understand the 1st Gen crank doesn't have crankwalks?)
* Chiptuning
* And way more I probarly forgot to write.
So what you all think about this so far?
And do you all got some tips or anything else?
Or if you have any questions about me, or want to know more about me add me up in facebook or whatever social network you use.
Or leave a reply or PM.
Enough said time for some pics of my Civic
If I am allowed to post those here.
If not, sorry I'll remove them ASAP
On purchase:

A picture of me with my ride xD

Well hello there! I would like to welcome you to the forum though I am new here as well. It really is great to have something that talks about a lot of interesting and similar inclinations that I am very well interested on as well.
And true enough, with the lot of issues you might have, there is always something that you could go back to in reference to the things that you could consider dear and problematic.

Took a while but here it is
Mini-me and lowering is installed B)
Tomorrow my ECU will be retuned so I can use the VTEC
Just in time for my free roam session at Fast Car Festival this Sunday @ Zandvoort
- Racing Logic Coilover kit (Drops a little bit lower, but if not I will make in drop a little more)
- Password JDM Whale Penis
- Complete mini-me
*Adjustable cam gear will be installed too, but need to get a tiny thing for it first. Hopefully AKR-Performance will help me with that :P
Here some quick shots

Remember it drops a little more :P
That's it for now, i'll post some more pics ASAP

The facelift looks so sweet and so neat hehe xD
Small update.

Runs good now! Almost done with the Civic then I have a good daily drive. And a bit later starting off with saving money for my future and my very own DSM
