Has anybody beat the Gran Turismo World Cup ?

Or world championship or whatever it is in profesional. Im really having a hard time with this. I use my escudo and I can usally stay ahead most of the race. But the races are long and even with super hard tires they still were before the race is up and nobody else pits so i usally get passed on the last couple of laps. So has anybody beat this if so what techniques and car did you use?

i used the GT1, finished no problem.

I used the Minolta.

All my oponents did make a pit stop in most races... that was b-spec tho. Might be different A-spec

I am using the Toyota Minolta 88c-v still working on Championship though. Went through the 10 single races like a breeze though.
