SSQ BOV question

I have a SSQ bov. the new HKS design without any adjustment screw. My problem is the spring seems to still and is not venting my BOV properly. Im getting a ton of flutter from my intake pipe. Its not recirculated as I have a gm maf and FMIC. Just dont know how to make it vent under lower vac. If im at full boost and let off she vents great, but off throttle cruising I get more flutter than solid venting. Any idea's how to adjust that?

Well I was hoping there is a way to make the spring a bit lighter. I dont have an anti surge housing on my turbo, so I would really prefer to fix this thing. If not im ordering my synapse BOV next weekend. Used those before and they vent much nicer, but the SSQ was next to nothing for me so i used it to try it out. Dont really like it so far.

Out of curiosity, is yours a genuine one or one of the HKS copies?

Genuine HKS. It has HKS plate on the top, knock off's have nothing there. Mine is powder coated black. Bought off a friend who got a TiAL

Thats a great link, but im way beyond confused with that. By the sounds of it, it looks like the balancing opening is just to small. Since it seems to go from one side of the diaphram to the other to open, im a little lost. I thought I had an idea, but toward the end it seemed like the opened it diaphram up, and opened the hole up. The epoxy seems to seal off the secondary valve that is supposed to open before the main opens. I think im just going to go with my synapse. It works much like the SSQv, but much less flutter, and its adjustable on spring pressures.
