well finally got some dyno #'s on the shop 2.3 galant gsx, car is a full street car with ac, power steering, and cruise control. here is the mod list
block
6bolt 2.3 stroker with eagle crank and manley rods with wiesco 8.8 20over pistons. acl race rod and crank bearings along with new oem front case and bs eliminator. the usual arp head studs and cometic hg.
head
super tech dual springs and tita retainers along with bc 280's and ferrea 1mm oversized intake and exhaust valves.ported and polished head by me and greedy timing belt along with unorthadox cam gears on a 6bolt head. untouched
1g intake manny and n/t throttle body.
turbo
bw s366 with t3 70ar vband outlet on my tubular manny with a single tial 44mm wg, 3in down pipe all the way back to a hks carbon muffler. 3in intake piping with velocity stack and 6in filter.
cooling
2.5in piping from turbo to ebay 3in universal ic and 2.75 from ic to throttle body with a hks ssqv bov. stock galant radiator and 2 12in slimfans.
fuel
bluemax 1650's with -6an line from tank to rail and rail to fuel lab reg on a single rewired 255 in tank pump at 14v on e85. car also has exeddy twin disk stock tranny with front evo3 factory lsd.
tuning
dsmlink v2 with maf-t set in blow threw along with aem wideband.
car made 565hp at 24psi, then made 579hp at 25psi, then i ran out of pump at 27psi with the a/f's going into the 14's making 594hp and 518lbs of torque. car made full boost at 4500rpm and was at 20deg peak timing at 6k to 7k. this was on a mustang awd dyno. here is a pic of the car and dyno sheet along with a crappy vid.
