Long story short, my older 60mm inducer H1E was going strong, but after all this controversy about oil feed and return for Holsets, I switched to feeding it from the head, WITHOUT checking the pressure first....
BAD IDEA... So after several thousand miles going strong and being fed from OFH and switching it to head, the turbo was starved for oil and developed HUGE UP&DOWN shaft play.... It was time for a new one.

With the help of some members here, Matt AKA dsm-onster and Justin AKA jusmx141,who actually sold me this BRAND NEW HX-40 PRO, I was back on track almost in no time at all. Dealing with Justin was pleasure, in difference with some other people I dealt with. Ultra fast response, via PM, fast shipping/good packing/. It took 1 day to get it done. That is how I am doing my part, if I sell something and expect everyone else to do so.
The turbo arrived in no time, so I took the comp. cover OFF and went to weld an elbow to it and polish the whole thing. I f.....ed up a little bit the angle, which the elbow faces, but no biggie and works fine. I switched the oil feed back to the OFH with -4 AN line and a steel fitting from Extreme PSI. I welded the fitting shut and drilled it with 0.070 bit in the middle and 0.080 at the very end/facing turbo/, to correct the volume a little, or so I think. I had to use a copper crush washer, between fitting and CHRA, because these fittings from Extreme PSI are fine, but the nut in the middle is a little smaller and doesn't cover the hole completely/ I had a leak from there before/.
After several days, taking my time, everything was on nice and tight. I do not have much room between the fan and motor mount, but clears fine. Even this turbo is brand new, from my prvious experience with my older WH1E, the only boost leak/very minor/ I had , was from snap ring between comp. cover and backing plate, so I put high temp silicone there. Next thing I did was prime the turbo, connect feed line to it and start it.... Sounds awesome, no smoke whatsoever, no leaks.... Perfect

Along the way, I installed new alternator relocation kit/ JAY RACING/, ARC-2.paint valve cover, intake and strut bar. Also I put SS lines everywhere:
-turbo to MBC to WG / these were there before/
-intake mani to BOV-NEW
-intake mani to FPR-NEW
So I hope it should be very much LEAK PROOF everywhere...
P.S.Because of the old turbo going bad and I didn't want to drive the car like that some of the threads I started, about FMIC sprayer and some others were delayed. I apologize for that and promise, that will have results very soon.
Thank you all for reading !!!
