hey guys, i have a problem with my car when i give it gas when it hits 3k rpm it choke and then the boost jump up to 20psi, i just changed my fuel injectors to 650cc and aem fuel rail, but its still not tuned for them yet.
im runing a 14b tur bo with apexi turbo back , fmic greddy rs bov 650cc denzo aem fuel rail.
please help me:cry:

Do not bump your thread, wait till someone gives you a response.
Sounds like you are running rich and not burning your fuel as it should. I would suggest you get yourself something to tune with such as an safc and at least a 190 fuel pump.
A 14b also doesn't need injectors that big so i don't know why you would even bother to put them on as well as the fuel rail, the stock fuel rail can handle lots of fuel for those cars making big power.
Also check for boost leaks and fouled plugs.

i have safc 2 and 255 walbro thats not installed yet, but why does it goes all the way to 20psi without a boost controller?
im trying to do the mods first before i upgrade to evo3 16g turbo

do you think i should put my 450cc with my old fuel rail for now until i install safc and the fuel pump?
also why is my car runing 20psi without boost controller?

not yet im gonna check for boost leak tomorro, but is there any reason why my car is runing 20psi b? my turbo screams, i would like it back on 10lbs.

i have a line thats going from the wastgate to the j pipe , but still 20psi
did i do anything wrong?

anyone knows how do i make my car go back down to 10psi? it hits 20 in every gear with out boost controller

First you should stop boosting the car to 20 psi. Period. You are asking for trouble. If you ran a line from your wastegate to the j-pipe and it is still boosting 20 psi then your wastegate is not functioning properly. It has to be stuck or something. I assume you have an aftermarket gauge you are measuring boost with?
Put the 450s in then get your safc up and going before putting the 650s back in. Boost leak test the car first, then troubleshoot your wastegate problem.

i did put the 450cc back today and i checked for boost leak, im thinking its boost creep because i have turbo back exhaust, what you think getting mbc and turn it down?

what i did today is change the wastgate from a 13g to the 14b and it still showing 20psi, also when i give it gas it sound way different.
any ideas?

can anybody tell me what to do to have it back to 10psi?

 can somone tell whay does it sound like that,
do you guys think think the wastgate is not opening?:confused:

i found ou that my o2 housing only had 1 bolt thats why it sounded like that

Read the rules dude, you bumped like 7 times in one thread. Not to mention, there is a SEARCH button... use it please. Also, your typing skills... use punctuation, proper grammar, you know all the stuff they taught you back in school.

Check the turbo for shaft play, in & out, side to side.
Do a proper boost leak check, search for the thread on that.
Put the SAFC on the car & lean it out, hopefully you have a logger to help tune.
Use the MBC or whatever boost controller you have, did you remove the BCS?

Do not ask what anything stands for, search it. This forum has EVERYTHING you need in order to fix, diagnose, and mod your DSM. Use the knowledge provided by many other experienced people and the noobs who asked the other question. I was there one day, today is your day. Reading is knowledge, and knowledge is power.
