Hi!
I got a little idea when doing some work on my engine today..
This have not been tested, it's just an idea. Don't do this and expect it to work!
The stock actuator has a 10mm travel. This will give me about 30degree angle on the internal wastegate when open.
How to extend travel using a unmodified actuator?

The idea:
On the top I want to weld or tap a bolt into the housing. The lever with the slot move on this.
I want to make a T-shaped lever, and transform the 10mm movement to approx. max wastegate travel. I will get less force in the middle of the movement, but it will close with almost stock force.
This is not described very good, I'll look into it better tomorrow..

The problem is that the boost come on quicker than she let her foot off, resulting in burning rubber here and there..
She don't need 300hp..
But some training will solve that I believe. But, she doesn't like the car to spin the wheels in third gear when the roads are wet when you punch it..
I want to know whats happening, and be able to solve it.
