I Just Ordered a Dejon Tool Dual Stage MBC. Its The Lo/Hi version that allows you to switch between stock boost and a set level of boost. i Hooked it up just like the directions say. When i tested it the boost went right up to 15 then backed down to around 13. I tried both settings and tried adjusting the in and out screw upwards of 6 turns. No matter what i did the boost seems to stay the same. One thing that puzzles me is that it came with a connector because there is tubing on the controller where 2 vac lines come together and then you run a line from that to your wastegate. This coupling has two holes in it. The T plugs into the 3 lines but there are two holes on the middle part that leak tons of air and make a loud leaking noise when i open the hood its obvious. I was going to replace it with a regular T im just wondering if anyone has this boost controller and if theirs has the holes in the connectors. :talon:

Reading the online directions for this product, it seems that the "T" connection you are referring to should be to the Boost Source, not the Wastegate. It specifically states:

Route the long hose to the plastic 'T' fitting on the MBC2 marked 'to BOV'). Leave some slack, cut the hose, and install this end to the 'T' fitting on the MBC2. Insert the remaining hose onto the brass fitting on the blue valve body marked 'To Turbo'.
Which sounds to me like you may have hooked things up backwards.

Also (as I understand it), this dual MBC only allows for one setting above stock (e.g. one will always be stock and the other will be user-defined), which if you had it setup backwards would likely get the result you did.

FYI.. Dejon sells another dual-controller which allows for two user-difined settings.

All Ball-Spring MBCs have a bleed in the line btw MBC and Wastegate solunoid to help them operate. this is normal :dsm:

well i figured it out. i didnt have it in wrong. I described the way i put it in wrong im sorry. The coupler i was talking about was in the right spot but it has a rather large bleeder hole in it. I swaped it out for one with no hole in it and it works fine. I get a little bit of boost creep but im not overly concerned. Is it really that bad to not have a bleeder hole?

I noticed that Dejon's instructions point to the BOV valve vac line as a boost source which is not good to have a "bleed" in in the first place. If you used this source, I'd try swiching to something right off the turbo as will give you more precision in controlling boost :dsm:
